Since 1993, Quinta-Essentia, the free Austrian distillers association has been a synonym for top quality in the glass. Each distillate produced by the Quinta partners is identified by its distinct individuality and character.
However, they all pursue the same goal when it comes to quality standards... clear rules ensure that this is achieved!
It all depends on the optimal density and expression, naturalness and sustainability of the distillate.
The principle
- Art of distilling: traditional distilling procedure of “raw“ and “shine“ in copper vats.
- Nature: no sugar is added to the distillates.
- Pure: the brandies contain neither additives nor artificial aromas.
- Honest: No foreign alcohol (ethyl alcohol, spirit etc.) is added to the distillates.
