The best distillates can only be produced from highest quality fruit. Pfau solely processes produce preferably eaten at harvest time: it should be fresh, highly aromatic and fully matured. Sugar is a no go with Pfau brandies, distilled in the “raw“ and “shine“ procedure exclusively in the copper vat.
